Maintenance Manager Maintenance Manager

Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the food manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all equipment and systems are properly maintained to achieve optimal production efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure reliable operations of production machinery and equipment.
  • Supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities that align with production demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during maintenance operations.
  • Train and develop maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies in food processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in food manufacturing or processing.
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes and equipment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.

    Annual base salary : $90,000 - $110,000 / year
