Ensign College Hr Data Entry Assistant
This position will assist the Human Resource Information System Manager in maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting HR process improvements within the Workday platform.
Student Employees are eligible to work on campus in a part time capacity according to Ensign College Student Employment Policy. In addition to fulfilling this purpose, each employee continuously strives to bring about the mission of Ensign College, which is to develop capable and trusted disciples of Jesus Christ.
Hours : 15-19 hours a week during semester and the starting wage for all student employees is $14.00 per hour with the possibility of $.25 rate increase each semester of continued work based on merit.
Tasks :
- Assist with data entry, management, and accuracy in Workday
- Run and distribute payroll reports in Workday
- Create instructional "how-to" documents for Workday tasks
- Write and generate ad-hoc Workday reports
- Troubleshoot basic Workday issues
- Assist in analyzing HR data for trends and improvements
Duties :
Assist with onboarding activities, such as processing new hire paperwork and providing system access instructionsMaintain confidentiality of HR records and issuesParticipate in HR training sessions and team meetingsResponsibilities :
