Contracts Specialist, Community Connect
Providence invites you to join the Community Connect team as a Contracts Specialist. In this role you support operations and business development by managing the full lifecycle of contracts for community connect clinics and hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of change request contracts, including creation, editing, amending, and maintaining based on existing contract templates.
- Ensure all client agreements comply with organizational policies and applicable legal standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve contract issues.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of contract documents within the contract management system and shared drives.
- Track and reconcile contract renewals.
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent education and experience.2+ years of experience with payer billing, collections, and reimbursement methodologies, and contract language requirements.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.2+ years of experience working with contract laws and legal terminology.Strong technology proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Nice to Have
Healthcare knowledge and experience.Contract management software knowledge.Salesforce or other CRM experience.DocuSign or other contract signature application experience.
