Key Responsibilities

Assess clients' financial needs and facilitate the loan application process

Engage with clients to educate them on loan products and ensure a seamless customer experience

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while managing both inbound and outbound calls

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lending or loan advisory roles

Proven track record of converting leads to sales and meeting sales targets

Technological literacy for assisting clients with document uploads and basic troubleshooting

Good understanding of personal finance and lending regulations

Ability to follow compliance standards and read detailed scripts during calls
