Plus One Health Management is hiring : Senior Health Promotion Specialist in Town

Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated, motivated and entrepreneurially minded Senior Health Promotion Specialist with a passion for developing and implementing holistic well-being programs for a high-profile corporate client located in Hollywood, CA .

This role requires on-site attendance up to four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day per week. On-site requirements are subject to change at any time during employment based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess employees’ health needs using audit tools and client and employee feedback in order to develop and deploy appropriate well-being solutions and programming.
• Coordinate, develop and deliver a range of programs that educate members on how to improve their health and well-being.
• Partner with the client, vendors and community resources to execute workplace well-being strategies that will improve employees’ health and mental resilience.
• Coordinate health and well-being marketing and communications relating to the workplace’s on-site and virtual spaces in order to promote healthy behavior and health care engagement.
• Report on engagement, referrals, workplace well-being initiatives and results in order to demonstrate improvement in baseline metrics.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25 to $40. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs. In addition to the hourly rate, Plus One offers a comprehensive benefits package (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
