POSITION OVERVIEW :
Implement threat management strategies, standards, procedures and accountability policies to prevent internal and external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce or other systems. Oversight and management of the Cyber Command Center or other Cyber Security domains.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Attract, coach, develop, retain and motivate a world-class cyber security leadership team
2. Lead efforts to operationalize security incident detection, response and remediation
3. Implement infrastructure security and monitoring solutions for applications and enterprise computing environment as well as responses to incidents
4. Work as an integral part of security management team, supporting business and technology, synchronizing communications and actions
5. Establish and maintain metrics that help provide a high level of productivity, supportability and operational readiness while also participating in project planning activities
6. Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned
