Material Handler

The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes handling, storing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment, with a specific focus on dealing with plastic sheeting.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete necessary paperwork and electronic records for inventory and shipping.

Work Environment

Join a dynamic team of 270 internal employees spread across three buildings. Work in both inside and outside environments as part of a team within the distribution assisting the manufacturing facility. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with two shifts available : 1st shift from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm and 2nd shift from 2 : 30 pm to 11 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50 / hr.
