Key Responsibilities
Perform high volume outbound calls to complete benefits investigations
Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately
Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required Qualifications
1 year of recent call center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
