Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly accurate, and skilled in evaluating project plans and specifications to prepare precise cost estimates. This role plays a key part in supporting project planning, budgeting, and successful execution of drywall and interior construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate written bids and proposals.
- Demonstrate familiarity with local material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Stay up-to-date with all applicable local, city, and state building codes within assigned areas.
- Supervise and mentor project engineers and assistant estimators to support professional development and organizational growth.
- Continuously expand expertise across all product lines, including drywall, acoustical, doors / frames / hardware (Division 8), and specialties (Division 10).

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Estimator or 5–7 years of overall relevant experience.Proven ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.Track record of meeting or exceeding goals with minimal supervision.Self-motivated and proactive.Strong commitment to personal and professional excellence.Must successfully complete a criminal background check.Required to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement.Benefits :
