job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFull-Time Benefits Create and manage unique social media strategies for each hotel to drive engagement and awareness. Produce short-form videos and visual content that captures the energy of events, guest experiences, hotel amenities, and team culture. Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Actively monitor and respond to audience engagement across all platforms. Analyze post performance and audience insights to fine-tune content strategy. Collaborate with hotel and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns. Manage paid ads and boosted posts to reach targeted audiences. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. At least one year of hands-on social media experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle. Demonstrated ability to film and edit engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Excellent writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus social media scheduling and analytics tools. Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple brands. Starting pay of $20 / hour. Full-time benefits at just 30 hours per week : Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
