Head Of Investment Grade Credit Research

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Investment Grade (IG) Credit Research to lead our global team of onshore and offshore analysts. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a rigorous and disciplined credit underwriting process, ensuring high-quality credit assessments, and formulating sector strategies to support the firm's investment objectives.

In addition to leading the IG Credit Research function, this individual will play a key role in representing IG Credit across the firm, engaging with Private Equity, Private Credit (including Origination), and other investment teams to provide strategic credit insights and foster cross-platform collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in credit markets, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of driving analytical excellence. This role requires strategic thinking, clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across investment teams and senior stakeholders.
