We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Dunkin' locations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations, driving sales, and leading a team to success. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen ability to maintain effective time management, and a passion for the Dunkin' brand.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of multiple Dunkin' locations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing marketing strategies and promoting new products.Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure a high level of customer service and team performance.Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee development.Collaborate with corporate teams on initiatives, promotions, and operational changes.Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience as a District Manager in the restaurant or retail industry, preferably with a franchise.Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and budget management.College degree or equivalent experience preferred.Must be willing to travel within the designated district.
