Creator Marketing Coordinator

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Creator Marketing Coordinator.

Position Type : Full-Time, Contract

Duration : 6 months

Location : New York City, NY 10007 (On-site)

As a Creator Marketing Coordinator,  you will :

• Support the execution of creator-led campaigns across 6 key U.S. markets and culturally specific initiatives (with emphasis on Latino audiences).
• Assist with sourcing and vetting creators, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and key campaign objectives
• Coordinate creator communication, briefs, timelines, and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners on campaign status, deliverable tracking, and calendar management.
• Maintaining an organized creator database and helping track campaign goals throughout the process.
• Support reporting and analytics across campaigns, by providing the needed information for cross functional teams in partnership with the analytics team.
• Help build internal decks, newsletters, reports, and briefs to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Work closely with Spanish-speaking creators and audiences; support bilingual content strategy and execution when needed.
• Assist the Business affairs role and create trackers to keep up with deals and payments for creators.
