• Location : Lebanon, Indiana
• Full time
• Schedule : 4 days a week
• Call : discussed during interview process
• Single specialty group
• Must be BC / BE
• Teaching opportunity available if desired with Marian Medical School
• Average of 15-20 patients per day
• Meditech EMR
