Position Overview :

We’re seeking a personable, reliable, and detail-oriented Showing Assistant to support our lead agents by facilitating property tours for buyers. Whether you're already licensed or exploring a future in real estate, this role offers direct industry exposure and growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Schedule and conduct home showings for buyer clients

Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged

Gather buyer feedback and relay it to the lead agent

Ensure properties are secured and presented professionally before and after each showing

Assist with driving routes and appointment planning for optimal efficiency

Build rapport with clients while maintaining a professional, service-oriented demeanor

Update CRM and showing logs with activity and notes

Qualifications :

Real estate license preferred but not required

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Punctual, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule

Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

Technologically savvy (familiar with real estate apps, GPS, mobile communication)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Professional appearance and conduct

Compensation :

Hourly rate or per-showing fee (based on experience and licensing status)
