Responsibilities

Rewrite the Future of AAA LifeOr Be Consumed by It. This is not a theoretical exercise, or a purely advisory position. Yours will be a hands-on keyboard role that will transform how we do business. We cannot support our intended growth without implanting AI models that do real work at the core of our operations, reshaping the backbone of our company.

You will be required to design, train and deploy these models. These projects are expected to deliver multi-million dollar returns to AAA life. Our needs are production-ready systems that analyze risk, optimize workflows, predict customer needs, and drive decision-making at scale.

You will navigate the ethical, operational, and financial risks of AI implementation, ensuring that every model delivers measurable value. As Senior Director of Automation and AI, you will lead a team of lean 6 sigma black belts and technical experts to drive this transformation. The entire organization is behind this change, but that doesn't mean it will be smooth. You will need to communicate your solutions to deeply entrenched experts who have been doing things the same way for decadesearning their trust and challenging their assumptions. And when the dust settles, the work you do here won't just be rememberedit will be woven into the foundation of how this company operates for years to come.
