House Supervisor RN (Nights 7p-7a)

$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110-bed hospital offering psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.

Our specialized treatment services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, and activity therapists.

The Ridge Behavioral Health System prides itself as being the only free-standing psychiatric hospital in the Central Kentucky area. We have provided behavioral health servicesto over 92 Kentucky counties for over 39 years.

The House Supervisor coordinates and su pervises p ersonnel providing care to the patients and all components of the treatment program. Performs supportive and performance improvement duties as id entified b y CN O . Follows and abides by company policies, procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program, as applicable to role and responsibilities.

This opportunity is a full-time, non- exempt position at 36 hours per week , and offers full benefits . This position requires every other weekend commitment.

EDUCATION :

Required : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Preferred : Bachelor's Degree

Licensure / Certifications :

Required : Current KY RN Licensure

Required : BLS Certification

Required : Crisis intervention certification required - offered upon hire

EXPERIENCE :

Required : One Year RN Experience

Preferred : Five Years RN Experience
