What You'll Do

Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
Oversee a team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in delivering high-quality care.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Monitor lab values, vital signs, and track patient outcomes.
Participate in training and may float to various clinics as needed.

What You'll Bring

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

At least 18 months of nursing experience, preferably in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.

Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Salary, Shifts & Location

Location : 1641 Sassafras Street, Erie, Pennsylvania. Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
