About the Role :

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate healthcare to patients across various clinical settings. This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. The RN collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient-centered care, while also serving as an advocate for patients' rights and well-being. Through patient education and support, the RN empowers individuals and families to manage their health conditions and make informed decisions. Minimum Qualifications :

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state or region.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Demonstrated experience in direct patient care within a clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong knowledge of medical / surgical nursing principles and telemetry monitoring.
