Company : NorthWest EMS, Work Hours : Flexible Scheduling - 8, 12, & 16 hour shifts, weekends and holidays required. Schedule TBD. Full time position available.

The EMS Dispatcher will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to :

• Answering inbound calls promptly and politely
• Listening to the caller and determining what type of assistance they require
• Directing crew movement and allocation of emergency resources based on system status management
• Scheduling non-emergency transports and courtesy shuttle appointments
• Thorough documentation of each incident
• Preparation of daily run reports
