Cape Fox is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of a government customer. This position is contingent upon award.

Core Duties :

• Responsible for the supervision of installation, testing, monitoring, maintenance, and certification of network, servers, software, and desktop equipment and associated ancillary electronic equipment and wiring per engineering specifications and operational procedures, both in technical facilities as well as on customer property in accordance with published Client Business standards
• Validate the results of testing and diagnostic procedures on equipment according to published equipment standards, and certify that the site installation is operational prior to returning the facility over to the on-site representative
• Manage customers' expectations by coordinating the installation team's efforts, providing updates in the form of meetings, briefings, reports and / or emails
• Responsible for initiating or updating site documentation and providing copies to the on-site government representative prior to returning the facility to the government
• Utilize the project team to provide new equipment training on the install systems
• Assist with basic configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of Desktop and Server systems, Disaster Recovery Systems switches, networks, and video systems
• Participate in the design, installation, and administration of local systems using multiple protocols and various computer systems
• Write detailed / technical problem reports, assists with root cause analysis, and recommendations for configuration and process changes
• Install, upgrade, and administer operating systems and application software in multi-user client / server environments, using Windows 10
• Provide users with system technical support by responding to IT help desk issues
• Maintain cross platform inter-connectivity for network services, authentication services, E-mail services, and Web services
• Perform other related duties and tasks as directed
