Position Summary
Under the general supervision of district leadership, the Facilities and Capital Projects Manager will ensure a high degree of operational facilities and capital projects success at the campus and district level across all BTCSI schools. Education, Experience, and Required Knowledge
Required HS Diploma or equivalent with bachelor's degree in relevant field a plus.
Five years of Facilities Management experience or roles that provided skill development in supervision, operations, facilities, and / or project management; preferably in a multi-location organization or school setting. Facilities Management or Project Management certification a plus.
Requires valid driver's license. This position will be traveling to our schools.
Requires broad knowledge of facility systems and management.
Knowledge of forecasting capital expenditures and prioritizing capital projects.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws as well as policies and requirements as they relate to students, staff and the school system.
Working knowledge of Fire, Life Safety, OSHA and ADA rules and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other computer skills required.
