LA is seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join our Brand Design team under a contract expected to run up to 12 months , with the potential for early completion or conversion to full-time based on project needs and performance.
The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of digital design systems and user experience.
This role will own the end-to-end creation of landing pages, emails, and digital experiences—from concept through production—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver work that is both visually striking and strategically effective. This is a hybrid position with an in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday .
What You’ll Bring :
- At least 4 years of professional design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consumer brand environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional layout, typography, and image-creation skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design systems.
- Expertise in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite; motion design experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UX / UI and Accessibility principles; familiarity with HTML / CSS preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in articulating and advocating design decisions.
- Experience building presentations in Apple Keynote (preferred, not required).
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong work ethic.
The Pay :
The hourly compensation range for this position is $50–$75 / hr.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.This is a hybrid contract role, expected to run up to 12 months, with the potential for early completion or conversion to full-time based on project needs and performance.Physical Demands :
