As a Naval Training Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the sustainment of multiple legacy maintenance and supply systems. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Suite, Power BI, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. You Have :

• 10+ years of experience in curriculum development
• Experience with U.S. Navy programs and policies
• Experience with coursework development in the Navy's Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of OPNAVINST 1500.75
• Ability to work on a team or in an independent setting to deliver client work
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Training Systems field such as Education or Psychology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
