Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fuel Center Maintenance Service Technician located in Northern California. The Fuel Center Maintenance Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fuel systems, including both above and underground systems. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing issues related to fuel pumps, dispensers, tanks, and other related equipment. The role might also involve environmental compliance tasks, such as monitoring and maintaining safety standards, handling remediation efforts, and ensuring all systems are in alignment with relevant regulations. This position allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of fuel systems and associated equipment
  • Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to fuel pumps, dispensers, and tanks
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance and remediation efforts
  • Proficiency in maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience in the fuel industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are preferred
