Front Desk Representative

Singnala is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming demeanor, with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing reservations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably at a front desk or reception area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
