What You’ll Do
Be the first line of support for customers—helping troubleshoot lighting and control systems used at everything from local ballfields to professional stadiums.
Solve electrical and communication issues (AC / DC power, wireless, fiber, Ethernet, cellular).
Work with engineering, project management, field techs, and R&D to quickly resolve problems.
Perform root-cause analysis to improve products and ensure top performance.
What You’ll Bring
Strong problem-solving skills with a technical or electrical background.
Experience in at least three of these areas : networking, wireless, fiber, Ethernet, or cellular.
Knowledge of single- and three-phase electrical power (AC / DC).
Clear communication skills (Spanish / English bilingual a plus).
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code is a bonus.
