Duties :

  • Review and analyze legal documents to identify key details influencing case strategies.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, demonstrating advocacy skills.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing legal advice and strategic support.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated and protect client interests.
  • Manage case files with organization and accuracy.
  • Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Negotiation skills for settlement negotiations.

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • State Bar admission (active, in good standing)

    • Skills :

  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Familiarity with Adobe / Nuance Power PDF
  • Comfort with legal research tools and new technologies
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
