Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Fairview, Pennsylvania.

Role : RN Supervisor – LTC / SNF

Shift : Nights | 10 : 45 PM – 7 : 00 AM | Every Other Weekend

Contract Length : 105 weeks (typically offered in 13-week blocks)

Guaranteed Hours : 38 hrs / week

Location : LTC / SNF Facility – 300 Total Beds (6 Units)

Charting System : PCC / POC Job Overview :

The RN Supervisor is responsible for running the building during evenings, nights, and weekends. This role is out of the staffing grid (not assigned to direct patient care) and focuses on building oversight, staff support, and coordination of services. Key Responsibilities :

Oversee RN, LPN, and CNA staff across all units

Serve as resource person and monitor changes in resident condition

Contact MD / NP for resident needs / issues, schedule outside services (lab, x-ray, etc.)

Perform RN-only duties (central line care, chest tube care, IV starts, admission orders, fall assessments)

Participate in care plan meetings as needed

Access emergency drug closet after pharmacy hours

Supervise facility operations and ensure smooth workflow Patient Population :

LTC, skilled nursing, rehab, dementia residents (18+ years)

Hospice care (dedicated rooms)

Oxygen therapy, CPAP, BiPAP, trach care (no vents)

Common meds : Lasix, Bumex, antibiotics (IVs) Requirements :

Active RN license BLS certification (required)

Prior PCC experience

Skilled in wound measuring (NP stages weekly)

Strong leadership & communication skills Additional Details :

Orientation : 3 days

Scrubs : Any professional color (no camo)

Weekend : Every other weekend required

Holiday : Works holidays if scheduled (schedule made 2 weeks in advance)

No call / standby & no floating required
