A company is looking for a Senior Manager - People Intelligence & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global People Intelligence & Analytics workstream within the Global Digital HR organization
Own the deployment and adoption of Workday, including Prism and People Analytics SKU dashboards
Deliver dashboards and predictive models on various workforce metrics while ensuring data governance and quality
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in HR analytics and people intelligence with leadership exposure
Proven expertise in Workday, particularly Prism and People Analytics SKU
Strong background in data strategy, predictive analytics, and visualization tools
Deep understanding of HR processes such as talent, recruiting, and diversity
Advanced degree in HR, Analytics, Business, Data Science, or a related field preferred
