Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in leadership roles within high-impact engineering organizations

Proven track record of scaling engineering teams through multiple phases of growth

Deep expertise in data infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, security, and distributed systems

Experience in both strategic and hands-on contexts, including architecture and code reviews

Strong performance management mindset with a focus on coaching and accountability
