Competitive compensation : $150,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience and performance.

Your Impact :

Research, draft, and argue motions and pleadings.

Design creative legal strategies for restructuring, tax, and asset protection.

Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings.

Guide and collaborate with associates and professional staff.

What You Bring :

5+ years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, or commercial law.

Proven record with Chapter 11 or Chapter 12 cases (or comparable experience).

Strong understanding of ag and business law, finance, and taxation.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
