Experience : 5+ years with ADS machines preferred (or strong experience with Siemens CNC 840D sl and Siemens TIA Portal). Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Omron, FANUC), CNC machines, and automation systems. Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics. Hands-on mechanical assembly and component replacement. Technical Skills : PLC / CNC programming (Siemens and FANUC preferred) Siemens Sinumerik Operate Siemens TIA Portal V15 Alarm troubleshooting (CNC & PLC) HMI / database experience (SQL Server) Other : Able to travel internationally if needed Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Canada Spanish language skills a plus High School diploma or GED required Associate's degree or technical certification preferred Shifts : Shift 1 : Mon-Thurs, 5 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Shift 2 : Mon-Thurs, 3 : 00 PM - 1 : 30 AM Weekend Shift (future) : Fri-Sun, 5 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Travel : Minimal, but possible. Company covers all travel costs and offers an $85 / day meal per diem.

Key Responsibilities
- Program, calibrate, and adjust equipment as needed.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and report to management.
- Support customer acceptance tests under supervisor guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Keep accurate records and update project documentation.
- Help write technical manuals and train customers on proper equipment use.
- Follow all company policies and meet performance goals.

Preferred Location : Candidates living in or near Palmdale, CA.
