Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience for an excellent opportunity at a prestigious national litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL . This position offers the chance to work on complex third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters on behalf of top-tier insurance clients.

Position Overview

The associate attorney will gain hands-on experience managing case files, analyzing legal issues, and representing clients in coverage litigation. With a collaborative and supportive environment, you will receive mentorship from experienced partners while having the autonomy to contribute meaningfully to your cases.

Key Responsibilities

Handle third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters.

Draft comprehensive coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.

Represent insurers in coverage litigation and related bad faith cases.

Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings.

Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.

Qualifications

Active license to practice law in Florida .

Minimum of 2 years' experience in third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters.

Strong experience in drafting coverage opinions and litigation-related documents.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and within a team.

Federal court experience preferred .

Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
