Implement technical work and SEO strategies across 20+ client accountsLiaise with the Head of SEO on account performance and pivotsIdentify technical tasks that can be delegated to our team of remote contractorsPerform quality assurance on work completed by remote contractorsAssist in training new Technicians and remote contractorsSupport site launches and technical setup on client sitesPerform keyword researchSetup content calendarsPerform content optimization & site audit fixesCreate internal linkingCommit to proactively learning, asking questions, and leveling up your SEO skillsThis is a position at a high performing, fast-paced digital marketing agency that values team culture and employee well-being. We believe in working hard and taking full ownership of our roles, and the ideal candidate for this position will feel strongly about those things as well.
We're in the office 3 days a week and have the option to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays, however new hires are required to be in the office 5 days a week (with their team) for the first month to ensure adequate support and a seamless integration. You can expect to work 40 - 45 hours per week. If you aren't able to make the commitment to our schedule and hours, please do not apply.
The salary range is $50,000 - 60,000 annually and will depend on experience. This position is eligible for commission once you begin owning client accounts, typically 6 - 12 months in. All roles at Hook Agency are subject to a 30-day probationary period.
