We are looking for a UI Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translating design mockups into front-end code that will produce the UI of the application. You will bridge the gap between product design and technical implementation, actively defining how the application looks and functions.

This is a HYBRID position. Will work primarily remotely, with occasional meetings in the Irving TX or Pittsburgh PA office required. Applicants should be within reasonable commuting distance to Irving or Pittsburgh (Moon Township, PA).

In this role, you will…

Implement and maintain user interfaces aligned with business objectives, product vision, technical standards, and accessibility best practices, ensuring performance and maintainability

Develop and document reusable UI components promoting consistency and scalability

Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools to streamline workflows and enhance code quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype user experiences for iterative development

WHO YOU ARE

You possess…

4+ years of UI development experience focusing on scalable, maintainable, high-quality interfaces

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3+, and responsive layout techniques

Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, JavaScript / TypeScript, and UI frameworks supporting styling and component behavior

Experience with AI-powered development tools to improve team productivity

Responsibilities Implement and maintain user interfaces aligned with business and technical standards

Develop reusable UI components and contribute to shared UI systems

Define and uphold UI development best practices supporting AI-assisted automation

Collaborate with teams to prototype and validate user experiences

Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate visions into interfaces

Optimize interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and scalability

Contribute to the evolution of design systems and development processes

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

4+ years in UI development with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3+, and responsive design

Experience developing reusable component libraries and UI systems

Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SCSS, SASS, or LESS

Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 15+, and Bootstrap

Experience using AI-powered tools and emerging technologies

Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards

Strong visual and detail-oriented skills

Experience with design systems and version control (Git)

Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Angular CLI

Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration

Ability to lead rapid prototyping and apply product thinking

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Ability to analyze workflows and user journeys

Experience with enterprise product development and tools like Microsoft DevOps

Strong time management skills and awareness of UI trends
