Description :

Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group , is looking for an experienced full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you’re someone who values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service we want to hear from you. Base Pay Rate : $15 / hr. plus commission

Estimated Annual Compensation Range : $90,000.00-$130,000.00

Schedule : Monday–Friday : 7am-5pm and alternating Saturdays

In This Role, You Will :

  • Welcome clients and ensure an exceptional and professional service experience from start to finish
  • Review service history, perform walkarounds, and recommend needed maintenance / repairs
  • Clearly explain service options and pricing, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions
  • Coordinate with technicians and service team to manage repair timelines and communicate updates to clients
  • Keep clients informed regarding progress, changes, and approvals
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standard before returning the vehicle to the client
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact for ongoing service needs

  • Requirements :

    What We’re Looking For In Our Candidate :

  • A positive, professional attitude with a passion for great customer service
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a busy environment
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience in service writing—luxury brand experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Dealertrack is a bonus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in good standings and clean driving record
