We're seeking a highly experienced Trial Attorney Manager to lead a team of litigators and drive successful outcomes for clients across the state. Location : Texas (Relocation Assistance Available). Salary up to $250,000 depending on experience. Bonus is performance-based discretionary.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trial attorneys for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
- Oversee litigation strategy and ensure case quality across team portfolios
- Enforce Firm policies and procedures
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational success and client satisfaction
