Our client is seeking a UI / UX Specialist to join their team. As a UI / UX Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Product and Experience Design department supporting Agile Product Teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging user experiences, strong collaboration skills, and a growth mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : UI / UX Specialist

Location : Ada, MI

Pay Rate : $59.00 / hr

Shift : Other (08 : 00 : AM - 05 : 00 : PM)

What's the Job?

  • Support Agile Product Teams by delivering UI and UX design solutions for digital products
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and refine designs ensuring alignment with user needs
  • Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for testing and validation
  • Assist in handoff of designs to development teams, ensuring quality and consistency of final products

What's Needed?

  • 1-3 years of experience in UX / UI Design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred)
  • Experience supporting Agile teams with UX deliverables like wireframes, user flows, and journey maps
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design patterns
  • Ability to interpret user data and feedback to inform design decisions
