Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in the development, modification, and optimization of CNC programs for the manufacturing of precision components. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to drive efficiency and improve the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Okuma OSP controls for the manufacturing of precision components.
• Leverage understanding of additive machining and 5-axis CNC to design and implement innovative manufacturing processes.
• Modify CNC machines to enhance performance, improve safety, and reduce production time.
• Utilize knowledge of DMLS / LPBF metal 3D printing to contribute to the development of new products and processes.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine-related issues.
• Ensure all CNC programs and processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team to ensure the efficient operation of CNC machines.
• Continually evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
