Job Summary
The Head of Digital Workplace will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our digital workplace strategy. This role involves leading a team to drive continuous improvement in our digital tools and platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience. You will work closely with other regional digital domains, European teams and external vendors to ensure our Digital workplace is reliable, secure, and scalable to meet our evolving business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement a digital workplace strategy that supports the company's business objectives in full alignment with the group strategy.
Oversee and manage the entire digital workplace ecosystem from Google environment to end users devices and collaboration means.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key digital workplace projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive the adoption and success of digital workplace initiatives.
Develop and manage the digital infrastructure budget, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
