Overview
The Product Strategy and Operations team exists to drive coordinated product and commercial decisions across the Ads ecosystem. As the leader of Beta Development (Beta Dev), this people manager role is responsible for ensuring Google is delivering the highest performing ads products to its advertisers. In this role, you will oversee multiple experienced individual contributors who incubate multiple Pilots, Alphas, and Betas each quarter. You should be able to influence product executives’ decision making, hold teams accountable for product performance outcomes, and help Google optimize its product testing funnel. You will closely partner with Ads, GTM, PSA, gTech, Finance, etc. leaders.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google\'s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, pay is influenced by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.
