As an Internal Medicine Physician at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult health issues. You will utilize your expertise to provide patient-centered care, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and support patients in managing chronic conditions and acute illnesses.

Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed patient evaluations, including comprehensive history and physical examinations, to diagnose and manage health conditions.
• Create tailored treatment plans to address the individual needs of patients, incorporating lifestyle modifications, medications, and preventative care strategies.
• Manage chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, ensuring continuity of care and regular follow-up.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
