Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising on various legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents to ensure they meet organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Represent the organization in litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal strategies and decision-making.
• Assist in trial preparation, including the gathering of evidence and the preparation of legal briefs.
• Counsel clients on legal rights and obligations regarding corporate policies and practices.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.
