Position Summary : At the direction of the Director of Event Services, performs clerical duties and coordinates functions with various departments, exhibitors, and show management.

Essential Functions :

• Directs radio calls to appropriate departments, documents and maintains files, backs radio calls, makes radio calls with follow up service tickets.
• Performs various clerical duties as assigned including operating computer, phone system, messaging, introduction packets, master insurance filing, and copying.
• Creates check request, Purchase requisitions and signage while managing service desk calls. Follows up with customer inquiries on available services.
• Coordinates customer Electrical Power and Telecommunications orders, process billing and work event files to completion including event power usage totals and posting within the CRM based on audited items.
• Collect funds for services rendered and labor ordered to file reconciliation.
• Arranges electrical orders according to floor plans for power distribution.
• Works with Engineers to create service tickets on needs for customer service.
• Gathers audit information regarding engineering electrical usage for audits and billing to exhibitors or clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
