Job Description

As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Government in Jacksonville, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a government location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to various situations as they arise, and providing outstanding customer service with clear communication. This is a driving post. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences on or around the property.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.
  • Remain visible and approachable to assist employees, visitors, and the public as needed at the government location.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as requested by the client.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
