Internet Sales Appointment Scheduler

Location : Jenkins and Wynne Ford, Lincoln, Honda – In-Person
Schedule : Full-time, either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (can be flexible!) Monday thru Friday. If a Saturday is needed (maybe once a month- we take turns!), a weekday off of your choice is given! The dealership is closed all Sundays and all major holidays. Schedules are provided a month in advance and can be flexible- work / life balance is important to us.

Paid Weekly (Friday paydays hit different).

Predictable Schedule : Off by 5pm or 6pm every day, and we can be flexible. Some Saturdays, but you’ll always get a weekday off in return.
What You’ll Actually Do Here
Be the first voice customers hear when they reach out online or by phone.
Chat with people, answer simple questions, and set up appointments for our sales team. If you love texting, this is the job for you!
Keep notes organized in our system (don’t worry, we’ll teach you).
Team up with sales so customers feel like they’re getting VIP treatment from start to finish- because they deserve it.
This is NOT cold calling. Customers are already reaching out because they’re interested in a car — you’re here to make the process smooth, friendly, and stress-free!
