We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our innovative design and construction team. In this role, you will lead the design and analysis of structural systemsparticularly steel and foundation components with a focus on glass greenhouse structures . You will ensure all projects meet building codes, safety standards, and client requirements , while applying modern engineering tools and manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and engineer structural steel and foundation systems for commercial and specialty building projects.
Develop and analyze glass greenhouse structures , ensuring compliance with local, state, and national codes .
Perform precise structural calculations and provide technical guidance to design and construction teams.
Prepare detailed engineering specifications and integrate modern manufacturing and construction methods .
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting quality, safety, and budget requirements .

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree a plus).

5+ years of experience in structural design and foundation analysis .

Proficiency in RISA-3D, RAM, CASTA , or similar structural engineering software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills .

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities .

Experience in greenhouse structural design preferred.
