Paramedic Instructor (Bakersfield)

This is an in-person, full-time, year-round position.

The individual in this position must possess the following qualifications.

• Demonstrated teaching skill and experience in Paramedic Education.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must.
• Current Paramedic licensure.
• Knowledge of all EMS Federal and State regulations and reporting requirements.
• Desire to learn and understand all rules, regulations, policies and procedures that apply to EMS

WHAT YOULL BE DOING :

Perform as a Trainer and an Instructor of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) classes offered by the Our EMS Training Academy.Plan, teach, direct, and supervise all student learning experiences in the classroom, skills lab, and clinical areas, following an approved curriculum by EMS and / or the Director of Training. Responsible for preparing all lesson plans. Ensure all courses, programs and paperwork are completed in compliance with all standards as set forth by our training academy, AHA, NAEMT, NREMT, and any state, county, and federal mandates.

Pay Range : $86,000 - $95,000 annually
