Sr Associate Account Manager
Amtech Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Sr Associate Account Manager to create and manage customer relationships through sales achievement, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management.
On a typical day you will :
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 units
- Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries such as estimating, insurance certificate requests, billing questions, call back concerns, maintenance record requests, and scheduling
- Build relationships by contacting customers on a rotational basis or as dictated by customer expectations
- Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair using technology, telephony, and virtual capabilities
- Conduct sales planners and needs assessment to inform account targeting efforts, including expansion within existing installed base and renewal efforts
- Assist with customer concern resolution along with Operations, including Service PM and Supervisor
- Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
What you will need to be successful :
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of sales experience preferredExcellent demonstrated customer service skills requiredAbility to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentCandidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customersNeeds to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilitiesSuccessful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer softwareStrong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skillsWhat's In It For Me / Benefits :

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
